GiveMN

Helping donors and nonprofits meet online for efficient, inspired giving

Igniting generosity

In 2009, Minnesota Community Foundation, along with mutliple community partners, invested in the future of giving.  Out of this investment came GiveMN, the place where awesomess happens. Eight years later, donors have invested more than $100 million online through this nationally recognized pioneer of giving.

GiveMN is a valuable resource to nonprofits, organizations and schools all across Minnesota, providing the backbone of giving technology for many as well as valuable training and support to help them transition to more simple, efficient and fun methods of giving.

How GiveMN sparks generosity

Using creative ideas and innovative technology, GiveMN connects more people with more causes across Minnesota. GiveMN produced the original one-day online giving campaign, Give to the Max Day, which has since become a nationally admired and oft-replicated annual event.

Make giving fun

Donating to a cause you love should be a joy ride, not a guilt trip. We help organizations engage donors by shaking up traditional approaches to fundraising.

Try new things

GiveMN has helped create tools and new ways to give in Minnesota. But we will push boundaries and challenge donors, organizations and ourselves to continually grow giving in Minnesota.
