From the West (Minneapolis): Take 94 east to Saint Paul (approximately 7 miles). Take the 5th Street exit. Follow 5th Street to Minnesota Street and turn left. Go to 6th Street - turn left. Go 1/2 block and turn left into the Fifth Street Center Parking Ramp. From the South (Airport): Take 494 east to 35E north to the Kellogg Boulevard exit and turn right. Follow Kellogg Boulevard to Minnesota Street - turn left. Go to 6th Street - turn left. Go 1/2 block and turn left into the Fifth Street Center Parking Ramp. From the North: Take 35E south to the 10th and Wacouta Streets exit. Follow the exit to your right - you will now be on 10th Street. Follow 10th Street to Robert - turn left. Go to 6th Street - turn right. Go 1 1/2 blocks (just past Minnesota Street) and turn left into the Fifth Street Center Parking Ramp. From the East: Take 94 west. Take the 6th Street exit (left exit). Follow 6th Street to 1/2 block past Minnesota Street and turn left into the Fifth Street Center Parking Ramp. Once in the Fifth Street Center Parking Ramp: Take the elevators to the 2nd floor (skyway level). Once off the elevators, turn right and walk up the ramp to the tower elevators (by the security desk). Take an elevator to the 6th floor.
