Please join us for a free three-hour diversity training using the New Conversations About Race and RacismTM discussion tool.
We haven't quite learned to bridge the racial divide in our communities and workplaces - but we can! Talking with each other about race and racism can be the first step.
The New Conversations About Race and RacismTM tool helps begin the discussion by using dramatic scenarios to illustrate behaviors and assumptions about race and racism while giving participants opportunities to explore the topic in a non-threatening environment.
You will interact with other participants in order to learn skills in sharing personal histories, assume good intent in uncomfortable interactions and address real-life situations. The tool includes scenarios relevant to the workplace.
The New Conversations tool is part of The Saint Paul Foundation's Facing Race We're All in This TogetherTM anti-racism initiative.
As part of our ongoing efforts to be a philanthropic resource to our professional advisor community, Insider Briefings are brought to you by Minnesota Community Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation.
The Foundations have applied for CLE, CFP, CE and CPE credit.
